Periodontal hygiene model used for caries detection calibration was designed for dental assisting schools. Starting with a standard D95 model with urethane tissue we added Sealant Teeth in #3, 8, 13, 19, 28; Caries Teeth in #5 (MO), #10 (D/CLII), #21 (CL V B/F), #30 (M/O/D/B/L) and a Composite Tooth in #9 for calibration of the caries detection unit. All remaining teeth are standard melamine dentition. (All teeth are screw retained) Used in dentistry schools for training practice and gain professional experience
